8. AI-Assisted Biodata Processing
Atoot Sambandh provides an optional AI Auto-Fill feature that allows you to upload your matrimonial biodata (PDF, Word document, or image) to automatically populate your profile fields. By using this feature, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- Third-Party AI Processor: Your uploaded document is processed by Google Gemini AI (a service provided by Google LLC). The document content — including text and images — is transmitted to Google's servers over an encrypted HTTPS connection to extract structured profile fields.
- Data Minimization: Only the content of the uploaded biodata document is sent to Google Gemini. Your account credentials, payment information, and other platform data are never shared with Google.
- Immediate Deletion: The uploaded file is permanently deleted from our servers immediately after the AI extraction is complete. We do not retain copies of your uploaded biodata document.
- Google's Data Policy: Google may process the transmitted data in accordance with their own Privacy Policy and the Gemini API Terms of Service. We recommend reviewing Google's policies for details on how they handle API-submitted data.
- Optional Feature: The AI Auto-Fill feature is entirely optional. You may manually fill in your profile details without uploading any document.
- Consent: By clicking the Auto-Fill button and uploading your document, you explicitly consent to the AI-assisted processing described above, in accordance with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act).
